Why this matters
Set a budget you can afford to lose and stick to it. VOX is open only to players aged 18 or older.
Warning signs
If gambling affects your sleep, work or relationships, take a break. Talk to someone you trust.
Under-age play
We verify age before any payout and close accounts opened by minors. Use device filters to keep gambling sites away from children.
Stepping away
A cool-off period pauses your account from 24 hours up to several weeks. Self-exclusion closes it for six months or longer.
Limits you can set
You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, loss limits and session reminders. Lower limits apply at once; higher ones only after a cooling period.
Help lines
If you need to talk to someone, contact the BZgA helpline on 0800 1 37 27 00, a local gambling addiction counselling service or Gambling Therapy. Their help is free and confidential.
Ask for help
Contact [email protected] and we will apply the tool you choose. Requests are handled without delay.
