Agreement

These terms apply to every visit, account and transaction on VOX. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Players must be 18 or older. Duplicate accounts are closed and their balances reviewed.

Bonuses

Each promotion lists its own rules, which apply alongside these terms.

Payments

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and paid within three business days. Your bank or wallet may add its own processing time.

Keeping your account safe

Your details must be true and kept up to date. We may pause an account while we check inconsistent information.

Know your customer

We verify identity before a first withdrawal, as our licence requires. We may ask for ID, proof of address and proof of payment method.

You can set deposit, loss and session limits at any time. Self-exclusion is available on request and cannot be reversed early.

Suspension and closure

You can close your account at any time from support. We may close accounts that break these terms, returning any balance that is not disputed.
